more hip hop. So, this is going to look like you’re running in place. What you’re going
to do is step out opposite arm then leg, the entire time. So, left arm is going to come
up and you’re going to grab like you’re grabbing something. And grab. Right arm, and grab.
Left and punch it out. Ok? So it’s going to go grab, grab, grab and punch. Alright? With
the legs you’re going to be running in place. Right, left, right, tap the ground with the
left, kick out, ok? So together very slowly. It’s going to go, one, two, three and four,
alright? A little bit faster, seven, eight, it goes one, two, three and four, k? The upper
body also is kind of like jerking itself. Like, boom, boom, boom. It’s kind of the feeling
you’re going to get the whole time. So it’s going to go slow, one, two, three and four,
you’re going to grab, together, punch, punch, look down and bring it in, what. So give me
a little what at the end. So this is just some hip hop choreography that you can add
any of those turns into. So, slowly, one, two, three, and four, five, six, punch, step
out with the right, reverse so your body weight shifted. Bring it down, look down and up,
ok? So one more time, seven, eight, one, two, three and four, five, six, seven and eight
and there’s some hip hop flavor for you.
